We use the information you provide to:

  • Match you with qualified, local roofing contractors in the London, Ontario area

  • Share your project details with one or more roofing contractor partners so they can contact you directly with a quote

  • Improve our matching process and the quality of our service

  • Respond to any questions or requests you send us directly

3. How We Share Your Information

This is the most important part of our policy, so we want to be direct about it.

When you submit a request, we share your name, contact information, and project details with one or more of our roofing contractor partners so they can reach out to you with an estimate. This is the core of how RoofsReady works: we act as a connector between you and vetted roofing professionals.

We do not sell your personal information to advertisers, data brokers, or any third party outside our network of roofing contractor partners.

We may also share information if required by law, to protect our legal rights, or in connection with a business transfer (such as a sale of RoofsReady).

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to fulfill the purpose of connecting you with a roofing contractor, and for a reasonable period afterward in case follow-up is needed. You can request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 6).

5. How We Protect Your Information

We take reasonable technical and administrative steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you

  • Request corrections to inaccurate information

  • Request that we delete your information from our records

  • Withdraw consent for us to share your information with contractor partners (note: this may prevent us from being able to match you with a roofer)
